BUS PICKUP SIGNUP FORM
Berean runs a bus to pick up children for Sunday morning church. Our Bus Ministry currently runs two routes which pick up riders within a 10 mile radius of the church. Pick up times range from 9:15 - 9:45 am. Please fill out the form below if you have a child ages 5-15 years old that wants to attend church.
